Your first visit

Your first visit will be your initial evaluation, which will include a detailed history of your condition, a total body movement analysis, and hands-on examination in order to pinpoint all of the contributors to your pain or dysfunction.

Follow-up visits

During your return visits, you will be guided through your comprehensive exercise plan, receive skilled manual therapy, and practice life style changes needed to help you reach your goals. Enjoy treatment in the comfort of your own home, at the beach, in the gym, receive ergonomic workspace assessment, or participate in Telehealth services.

 

Discharge

At the end of your plan of care, you will have access to your comprehensive exercise plan, resources for pain relief and total body wellness, and gain more independence with your health.
